On its own 165 sandy feet of Long Lake in Benzie County, right off Scenic Hwy M-22, Cedar Landing can provide a refuge from the fast-paced world beyond. Beautiful Long Lake is sparsely developed and acts as home to loons and swans, pike and perch. It is great for swimming and fishing. Our clean sandy beach offers great swimming and the water depth increases gradually making swimming excellent for families with small children.

We offer tubes, docks and a small boat for use with each cabin.

Cedar Landing is a Vacation Resort Community consisting of 5 individually owned free-standing Condo units. We are located on M-22 between Frankfort and Empire in the heart of the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. We are very close to attractions such as Platte River, Old Indian Trial, Dune Climb, Crystal Lake, Cherry Bowl Drive-In, Frankfort, Honor and Beulah/Benzonia. We are located on beautiful Long Lake, directly behind the popular Manitou Restaurant.

In addition to the excellent Perch, Bass and Pike fishing available on Long Lake directly out from the Cedar Landing beach, fishing on the Nearby Platte River is excellent for Steelhead (spring/fall) and Salmon (fall).

Canoe and Tubing trips are popular on the Platte River during the summer months and we are approximate 2 miles from the popular Riverside Canoe Rental at the Platte River Bridge on M-22
